Our urban oasis basement apartment was built in 2009. It has radiant floor heat, a full kitchen, living room, a full bath, and a bedroom with a new double bed. We are located in North Seattle one block from Green Lake Park, half a block from a PCC Food Co-op and a block to the E-Line Rapid Ride bus-- a 12 minute ride to downtown Seattle. The neighborhood includes restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Our apartment is cozy, quiet and enters around the back. Available for 30 days minimum starting February 6th - March 23rd. The space The living room has a desk and a full library of books to enjoy reading while you are here. A perfect place for a writing retreat. There is one bedroom, as well as a couch that can be made up as a bed for one person. There is a private patio at the entrance. Parking is on street in front, but you can access entrance via the ally behind. Guest access Your kitchen is equipped to cook in. We supply tea, coffee and kitchen basics.
