Looked good enough for salad, nice stuff. Other hay was cheaper at the Auction. An Indiana person told me the good horse hay went $400 the ton a couple weeks ago.

2023年5月17日 · I just fed alfalfa pellets to my rabbits. I never heard about feeding different types of hay. Pellets are easy, less waste than when i tried feeding hay, and we had 100 breeders. I fed 1 oz rolled oats in the am (standard oats fell through the screen bottom feeders) and 1 cup pellet at night worked well.

The problem is, they pull the flakes apart looking for hte tastiest pieces and I end up with a lot of hay bedding that they won't eat. 1. 2017年3月18日 · We tried the livestock panel thing and it isnt very good honestly...though it is quick to make. They rub all their neck hair off, waste a lot of hay, and if you put them to low they will climb in them and try to nap in them...full of hay. I'm with @norseofcourse the premier1 style seems the best, but i would skip buying their panels as well ...

2012年3月5日 · If you are just feeding a couple goats, a box frame that is wide enough to slip a slab of hay in works well, with either 4x4 or 2x4 welded metal fencing in the front and framed out with wood. or slats running through it(up and down) every 2 inches in the front of it, works well.
