Is it okay to mix speaker brands/different center channel
2017年11月4日 · Atmos speakers probably matter the least in terms of matching to your front speakers so no need to worry about that. Surround speakers don't matter very much, but maybe matter a bit more than Atmos speakers. Finally, Center speakers matter the most in terms of matching, but even then it's a matter of personal judgement.

2024年1月7日 · All speakers should be pointed towards MLP (main listening position) with tweeters close to ear height. This would be a start from scratch speaker situation for me. Nice bookshelf speakers on stands properly placed with a center channel as close to TV as possible and angled up towards ears. Hang more art over inwall speakers and forget about them.

If you simply make the space for that, it isn't that hard, and works every time. If you're going to make your own center channel, I would suggest making the whole LCR set.

You could also utilize a serial connection in order to avoid increasing the load. But, impedance issues aside, using two center channel speakers IS a bad idea. Just use one.
