2009年7月8日 · I just had DISH Network hooked up to our home today. I take care of my 90 year old mother, and discovered that this is no way she is able to use the remote control which DISH supplied. After calling DISH tonight, they explained that they do not provide a remote control that someone, such a my mom, can use.

2013年4月23日 · I then found an area on the HOPPER receiver that assisted in programming the DISH remote. Was able to find & select a "Samsung audio accessory" to be put on the AUX button & it controls the soundbar. I then found another area that basically made the remote's AUX be the main control volume. WAAALLAA!!! It all works.

2010年6月24日 · Does anyone have any experience with disasamblying the 54.0 remote? I accidentally dropped the remote in a bucket of soapy floor cleaner. I dried it as best as I could but it is still dead as a door knob. I am sure if I can disasamble it then I will be able to clean it properly and it should work.

2009年12月6日 · The Dish receiver and remote have 16 different channels that they can use for communication. Be sure your receiver is set to channel 1 for remote operation, otherwise NONE of the universal remotes will work with it.

2011年4月9日 · If you read the owners manuel it will tell you how to program the Dish remote to devices that have no codes. Then it also tells you how to set the volume lock so the Dish remote controls the volume of te AUX device instead of the TV. As long as the Sound Bar doesn't use UHF signals to control it the 20.0 remote will control it.
