2024年11月12日 · You’re confusing two seperate reforms that were put together. Ranked Choice Voting is not the same thing as open primaries. Ranked Choice Voting is simply a form a of instant run-off voting which fixes the spoiler problem so that the final candidate will have a majority of the votes when their are multiple candidates spliting the votes.
