Have you seen pinworm (oxyurid) eggs up close under a microscope? I have to check fecals on a routine basis for my clients. Fun fact sometimes pinworms can be a normal incidental finding that doesn’t need treatment, however if there is a high burden or weight/digestive issue they should be treated!
