Standing Again After Spinal Cord Injury

Those with spinal cord injury lost their mobility, but not their abilities. We are adaptable, and while those with no physical disabilities can transfer by using their legs, most of us with spinal cord injury transfer by using our arms. 💪 Now that the weather is very hot, do not forget to use sunblock on your legs, and do not leave your wheelchair in the sun while you are in the pool. The wheelchair frame can get really hot and you could have burns/blisters on your skin. Just a recommendation.
